International - We offer international delivery on the majority of our online and catalogue items. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance. We cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering



Domestic Free shipping

We ship via S.F Express, Hong Kong Post, to locations within the Hong Hong, China. Shipping takes 3 days within Hong Kong, 3-7 business days to China. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

International Shipping

Orders above USD400 ship for free, Orders under USD400 ship for USD40. We ship worldwide via Hong Kong Post Air Express. Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

Track your Order

Once your items have been processed (this can take 1-3 days), you will be sent a shipping reference for your records.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange items purchased online within 10 days of receiving them, the cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer.

  • All returns must include an original copy of the receipt along with the return. 
  • The product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached with original   packaging. 
  • Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed refund for a return package.
  • Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued through NILMANCE Gift Card.
  • Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
